Bluetooth information disclosure via unchecked vendor length

Out-of-bounds read in Android 10 through 12L allows physically proximate attackers to disclose memory over Bluetooth without interaction. The AVRCP parser extracts a vendor-command length from an undersized packet before confirming that the packet contains that field. Bluetooth proximity is sufficient; no privileges or user interaction are required, and the documented impact is memory disclosure only.
