Improper NAS message parsing in Android SoC modems allows remote attackers to crash the modem or execute code through cellular signaling. The modem parses each new NAS message from the EMM into internal objects, but Google and Unisoc have not disclosed the defective operation. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation interrupts cellular service or runs code in the modem context.
