NFC tag disclosure via forgeable service nonce

Information disclosure in Android 13 NfcService allows local users to read NFC tag data without user interaction. NfcService derives a Tag object's nonce from system time, permits nonce assignment across its AIDL boundary, and retains the nonce after tag disconnection, enabling confused-deputy access. Low-privileged local execution is required; the result is NFC tag data disclosure without data modification or service interruption.
