Out-of-bounds read in Android 12L's NFC stack allows local users with System privileges to disclose process memory without interaction. llcp_dlc_proc_connect_pdu in llcp_dlc.cc processes an LLCP connection PDU without checking a length bound, permitting a read past the buffer.
