Denial of service in the Android keystore library on Android-12L allows local users to prevent access to system Settings via unsafe deserialization. The keystore library deserializes attacker-influenced data without sufficient validation, causing the Settings access path to become unavailable. Exploitation requires User execution privileges and user interaction; the documented consequence is local service interruption without confidentiality or integrity impact.
