Out-of-bounds read in Google Titan M allows local users with System execution privileges to disclose memory without user interaction. The asn1_parse routine in asn1.c applies an incorrect bounds check, allowing ASN.1 input to make the parser read beyond its valid buffer. Exploitation requires local System execution privileges and exposes adjacent memory; no write access or service interruption is reported.
