Local ICCID disclosure via missing permission check

Information disclosure in Google Android kernel allows local users to read an ICCID through USCCDMService without user interaction. USCCDMPlugin.java's getNodeValue method returns the ICCID without performing the required permission check. Exploitation requires local low-privilege code execution on an affected Pixel device and exposes the SIM identifier without enabling data modification or service interruption.
