Out-of-bounds write in MediaTek Modem 2G/3G CC allows remote attackers to execute code when decoding a combined FACILITY message. The decoder processes the combined FACILITY structure without the required bounds check and performs an out-of-bounds write. No privileges or user interaction are required, but MediaTek has not disclosed the message transport or resulting code-execution context.
