Memory disclosure via undersized Bluetooth L2CAP response

Out-of-bounds read in Android 12 and 12L Bluetooth allows remote attackers to disclose memory via a crafted L2CAP response. l2cble_process_sig_cmd accepted an undersized credit-based connection response and read four 16-bit fields past its packet boundary. An unauthenticated Bluetooth peer within radio range can trigger the read without user interaction, exposing memory without altering data or interrupting service.
