Memory corruption via oversized command error message

Out-of-bounds write in Vim before 8.2 allows local users to corrupt process memory through an oversized command error message. The append_command function in src/ex_docmd.c appends a separator to an already long IObuff before enforcing sufficient remaining space, so error construction writes beyond the buffer. Exploitation requires user interaction with attacker-controlled command text, and the resulting corruption can crash Vim or alter its execution.
