Unauthorized Git data access via uncleaned paths

Path traversal in Gogs before 0.12.9 allows remote authenticated users to access unauthorized Git directories through crafted HTTP requests. The Git HTTP handler passes an uncleaned repository path into getGitRepoPath, allowing dot-segment input to escape the intended repository path. A valid low-privilege account is required; successful requests can read or alter repository data, but no service interruption is reported.
