Arbitrary file changes via backslash path traversal

Path traversal in Gogs before 0.12.9 allows remote attackers to upload or delete arbitrary files on Windows servers. The internal/pathutil.Clean function normalizes forward slashes but leaves backslash traversal segments intact when file-editor paths resolve on Windows. Repository upload must be enabled, which is the default; successful requests can write or delete files outside the intended repository path.
