Stored XSS via unescaped Menu Name setting

Stored XSS in Hook & Filter Nested Pages before 3.1.21 allows remote authenticated users to inject script through the Menu Name setting. The plugin stores the setting without sanitizing it and renders the value without escaping, allowing an event-handler payload to execute when the affected interface is viewed. Administrator-level access is required, unfiltered_html must be disallowed, and another user must load the stored value; execution remains within that viewer's browser context.
