Reflected XSS via unescaped AJAX body class
Published Jul 11, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Reflected XSS in Core Plugin for Kitestudio Themes before 2.3.1 allows remote attackers to execute script via a crafted AJAX request. The fetch_woocommerce_products_loop AJAX action reflects the attacker-controlled atts[body_class] value without sanitizing or escaping it. A premium Kitestudio theme or Teta Lite and WooCommerce must be active, victim interaction is required, and some affected releases also require a valid nonce.
