Stored XSS via unescaped contact names

Stored XSS in GitLab 15.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser through contact details. The CRM contact preview used by the /add_contacts quick action renders attacker-controlled first and last names without HTML escaping. A registered account must create the contact, and a victim must view its preview; the script then acts with the victim's browser privileges.
