Service hang via exponential type-regex backtracking

Regular expression denial of service in ApeWorX eth-account before 0.5.9 allows remote attackers to hang calling services. TYPE_REGEX in validation.py nests a quantified digit pattern beneath a repeatable array suffix, causing exponential backtracking on malformed EIP-712 type strings. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled structured data passed to encode_structured_data; CPU exhaustion can stall the integrating process without reading or altering data.
