Process hang via exponential domain validation

Regular expression denial of service in DevCert Project devcert before 1.2.1 allows attackers to hang a calling process via crafted domain input. The certificateFor method tests each requested domain with VALID_DOMAIN, whose nested quantified groups backtrack exponentially on a long near-match. An application must pass attacker-controlled domain text to this library API; the resulting CPU exhaustion blocks that process without affecting confidentiality or integrity.
