Reflected script execution via unescaped column names
Published Jun 27, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Reflected XSS in Fatcat Apps Easy Pricing Tables before 3.2.1 allows remote attackers to run script in a user's browser via an AJAX request. The ptp_design4_color_columns() AJAX handler returns the attacker-controlled column_names parameter without sanitizing or escaping it. Compatibility Mode must be enabled, and a user must follow the crafted request; successful exploitation runs script in that user's WordPress origin.
