Local privilege escalation via watch-queue race

Use-after-free in Linux Kernel 5.18-rc8 allows local users to crash the system or execute arbitrary code via notification-pipe operations. A race between free_pipe_info() and post_one_notification() lets the latter dereference a freed watch_queue->pipe pointer after pipe teardown. Reachability requires local access and CONFIG_WATCH_QUEUE; successful exploitation grants root privileges, while failed attempts can crash the kernel.
