Script execution via unescaped admin_name parameter
Published May 23, 2022 · Updated Oct 15, 2024
Cross-site scripting in PHPGurukul Zoo Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a victim's browser. The zookeeper account view places the admin_name parameter into generated HTML without neutralizing script markup. A valid account and user interaction are required; successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied JavaScript in the browsing user's web context.
