Authenticated article modification via mismatched identifiers

Authorization bypass in Publify before 9.2.9 allows remote authenticated users to modify or delete another user's admin articles. Admin::ContentController#update authorized params[:id] but loaded the Article selected by attacker-controlled params[:article][:id]. A low-privileged account with article-update access is required, and the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized content modification or deletion.
