Service interruption via retained real user ID

Incorrect privilege handling in AccountsService 22.07.5-2ubuntu1 on Ubuntu Linux allows local users to crash or hang the service. The Ubuntu language-tools patch changes only the daemon's effective user ID while writing .pam_environment, retaining the caller's real user ID after root privileges are restored. A low-privileged local account can therefore signal accounts-daemon and interrupt account queries and graphical logins system-wide.
