Authenticated action manipulation via unrestricted iframe embedding
Published May 20, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Clickjacking in Trudesk before 1.2.2 allows remote authenticated users to induce state-changing actions through a framed interface. The HTTP middleware omitted a Content-Security-Policy frame-ancestors restriction, allowing arbitrary sites to embed the interface in an iframe beneath deceptive controls. High-privilege access and victim interaction are required; successful exploitation can alter application state or interrupt service within the victim account's permissions.
