PLC credential disclosure via plaintext configuration storage

Plaintext credential storage in CODESYS OPC DA Server before 3.5.18.20 allows local users to read configured PLC passwords. The server writes PLC account credentials directly into connection parameters in its configuration file instead of protecting them with Windows Credential Manager. Any authorized Windows user with access to that file can recover passwords usable against connected controllers, exposing PLC data within that account's permissions.
