File permission changes via unverified settings requests

Cross-site request forgery in Sven Kubiak's Change Uploaded File Permissions 4.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter permissions. The settings handler at options-general.php?page=uploadedfilepermissions accepts sk_wproot_folder and sk_updateroot POST values without verifying request intent before changing file and directory permissions. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to load attacker-controlled content, and affected files can become broadly readable or writable.
