Internal resource disclosure via unchecked proxy redirects

Server-side request forgery in draw.io before 18.0.8 allows remote attackers to read resources reachable by the server through its proxy. ProxyServlet lets Java HttpURLConnection follow redirects automatically, so a URL that passes initial validation can redirect to a blocked internal address. No authentication or user interaction is required; impact is limited to information returned from services the draw.io server can reach.
