Stored XSS via CSRF-forced settings update

Stored cross-site scripting in WordPress Post Tabs 2.10.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject script through a forged settings request. The settings handler accepts a POST without a CSRF check and stores the unsanitized, unescaped TOC_title value for later rendering. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to load attacker-controlled content, after which the stored script executes where the option is rendered.
