Improper privilege management in Trudesk before 1.2.2 allows remote authenticated users to perform unauthorized API operations. The API v2 router applies token authentication but omits canUser permission checks from account, ticket, group, team, and department routes. Any authenticated account can invoke operations outside its assigned role, including reading or changing help-desk records and account data.
