Internal resource disclosure via unchecked proxy redirects

SSRF in draw.io before 18.0.7 allows remote attackers to read responses from network resources through the server-side proxy. ProxyServlet allowed HttpURLConnection to follow redirects automatically before its explicit redirect loop could validate each destination URL. A reachable proxy endpoint is required; crafted redirects can make the server request otherwise inaccessible internal resources and return their contents.
