Stored XSS via missing CSRF check

Cross-site request forgery in RB Internal Links through 2.0.16 allows remote authenticated users to alter settings and store script via crafted requests. The settings update endpoint accepts state-changing requests without a CSRF token, and submitted values are stored without sanitization or output escaping. An administrator must be logged in and induced to follow the request; stored script executes when affected settings are viewed.
