Unauthenticated server crash via unfinished OPC UA methods

NULL pointer dereference in affected Softing OPC UA server products allows remote attackers to crash the application through OPC UA calls. The server retains unfinished ResendData or GetMonitoredItems calls after their OPC UA session closes, then accesses a null pointer during completion. An established OPC UA session is required, but it can be unauthenticated; exploitation interrupts availability without reported data disclosure or modification.
