Local root escalation via perf context race

Race condition in the Linux kernel perf subsystem allows local users to gain root privileges through concurrent perf_event_open() calls. The !move_group path checks group_leader->ctx without holding context locks, allowing event creation to strand an event in two contexts and leave a dangling pointer after closure. Systems permitting unprivileged perf access expose the resulting use-after-free, which supports kernel-address disclosure and arbitrary code execution as root.
