Internal resource disclosure via unchecked embed URLs

SSRF in draw.io before 18.0.6 allows remote attackers to read resources reachable by the server through crafted embed URLs. EmbedServlet2 fetched each supplied URL without applying the address and scheme checks used by ProxyServlet. Unauthenticated access to an exposed embed servlet is sufficient, and successful requests disclose resources reachable from the server.
