Unauthenticated SSRF via missing link-local address check

SSRF in draw.io before 18.0.5 allows remote attackers to access internal IPv6 link-local resources through the editor proxy. ProxyServlet.checkUrlParameter resolves the supplied URL host but omitted InetAddress.isLinkLocalAddress from its address-deny checks. Exploitation requires a reachable server-side proxy and enables response-data disclosure or requests with effects permitted by the targeted service.
