Denial of service in Trudesk before 1.2.2 allows remote attackers to interrupt the server via an oversized signup full-name value. The user-model pre-save hook sanitizes the full-name string but accepts it without a length bound, allowing oversized data into account persistence. Exploitation requires access to the signup endpoint; public records limit the reported consequence to availability and do not identify a hang or crash.
