Unauthenticated file disclosure via path traversal

Path traversal in Keysight N6854A and N6841A software before 2.3.0 allows remote attackers to read operating system files. The UserFirmwareRequestHandler class uses a user-supplied path in file operations without validating that the resolved path stays within an authorized directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful requests disclose files with the Windows SYSTEM account's access.
