CVE-2022-1658Network attack vector

Plugin deletion via underauthorized AJAX action

Published Jun 13, 2022 · Updated Jan 31, 2025

Improper access control in Artbees Jupiter 6.10.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete installed plugins. The abb_remove_plugin AJAX action in framework/admin/control-panel/logic/plugin-management.php exposes plugin deletion without enforcing an administrator-only authorization boundary. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and deleting security or functional plugins reduces site protection or disrupts site behavior.
