Incorrect cookie permissions in Red Hat OpenStack Platform 16.2 allow remote attackers to expose or alter Horizon session data. Horizon creates session cookies without the HttpOnly attribute even when HorizonSecureCookies is enabled in the deployment environment. Exploitation requires access to a browser context holding a Horizon session cookie, enabling script access to the cookie and bounded confidentiality or integrity loss.
