Forced administrative changes via tokenless POST requests

Cross-site request forgery in New User Approve before 2.4 allows remote attackers to alter settings and add invitation codes. The invitation-code and Settings admin POST handlers accept attacker-supplied fields without a CSRF token check, so the browser submits state changes under the administrator session. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to visit a crafted website; added codes bypass registration approval restrictions, while settings changes alter plugin behavior.
