Editor crash via command-line pointer underflow

Heap buffer overflow in Vim before 8.2.4899 allows attackers to crash the editor via an untrusted script-mode input file. With latin1 encoding, cmdline_erase_chars reads p[-1] at the start of ccline.cmdbuff before confirming that the pointer remains inside the command-line buffer. A victim must run the attacker-supplied input in script mode; public evidence confirms memory corruption and a crash but not reliable code execution.
