Stored XSS via CSRF-forced game creation
Published Jan 16, 2024 · Updated Aug 29, 2024
Stored XSS in Marco Rülicke Coru LFMember 1.0.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject script through a forged game form. The new-game admin action accepts image, name, description, and link fields without a CSRF check, input sanitization, or output escaping. An administrator must visit attacker-controlled content while logged in; the saved payload then executes in the affected settings interface.
