Memory disclosure or crashes via duplicate JIT transfers

Out-of-bounds read in PCRE2 Project PCRE2 before 10.40 allows attackers to disclose process memory via crafted JIT regexes. get_recurse_data_length() counts the same private-data offsets repeatedly while sizing recursion state, allowing later duplicate transfers to read beyond the allocated area. Reachability requires an embedding application to enable JIT and compile an attacker-controlled recursive pattern; the host process can disclose memory or crash.
