Repeat voting via spoofed client IP headers

Authorization bypass in WP-Polls before 2.76.0 allows remote attackers to cast repeated poll votes by changing a supplied client IP header. The voter-identification path treats client-supplied forwarding headers as the visitor identity ahead of the web server's REMOTE_ADDR value. No account is required; changing the trusted header presents a new identity and defeats per-IP repeat-vote controls, altering poll totals.
