Stored XSS in Page Builder Addons Pie Forms before 1.4.9.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in visitors' browsers. Form Settings saves the Form Name, Form Description, and success message without sanitizing or escaping them before front-end rendering. Administrator access is required, unfiltered_html must be disallowed, and a visitor must view or submit an embedded form for the script to run.
