Improper authorization in OpenEMR before 6.1.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to view patient disclosure records. The disclosure_full.php endpoint retrieves and renders disclosure entries without checking the patients/disclosure ACL, while related actions also lack privilege checks. A low-privileged account is sufficient; the exposed workflow reveals patient disclosure data and permits unauthorized changes or deletion of those records.
