Protected-branch code execution via shared CI cache

Access control failure in GitLab CE/EE 1.0.2 through 14.8.5, 14.9.0 through 14.9.3, and 14.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The CI/CD cache key omits branch protection status, so unprotected-branch jobs can overwrite files later restored and run by protected-branch jobs. Developer privileges and permission to run a pipeline are required; exploitation executes code in a protected job and can expose protected variables or alter builds.
