Wiki disclosure via cross-project CI job tokens
Published May 10, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Incorrect authorization in GitLab CE/EE before 14.8.6, 14.9.4, and 14.10.1 allows remote authenticated users to read protected wikis. The wiki Git HTTP endpoint accepts a CI_JOB_TOKEN issued to a malicious job in an unrelated project and clones a wiki even when its visibility is limited to project members. The attacker needs an account capable of running a CI job in any project, while the target must expose a wiki configured as Only project members; the consequence is read-only disclosure.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
