Content spoofing via unencoded pipeline filenames

HTML and CSS injection in GitLab CE/EE allows remote authenticated users to alter pipeline error pages through crafted configuration paths. The new-pipeline view sends unencoded project paths and filenames from failed pipeline configuration lookups to v-safe-html, which removes dangerous tags but permits ordinary HTML and CSS. An attacker needs project-level access to set the pipeline configuration path, and a victim must open and run the affected pipeline; the rendered overlay can redirect clicks or imitate a password prompt.
