Email disclosure via predictable public log filenames
Published Jun 13, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Information disclosure in Premierethemes Log WP_Mail 0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to read logged email over HTTP. The plugin writes sent messages into a web-accessible directory and derives each log filename predictably, leaving message contents directly retrievable without authorization. No account is required; disclosure is limited to emails the site has sent and can include generated passwords and other sensitive message data.
