Session impersonation via hard-coded key and IV

A hard-coded cryptographic key and IV in Device42 CMDB before 18.01.00 allow remote attackers to decrypt session IDs and impersonate users. WebReportsApi.dll passes the same embedded key and initialization vector to Exago encryption and decryption routines in every appliance image. Network access plus an encrypted session ID obtained through a separate file-read flaw enables reuse of an authenticated user's session, including privileged sessions.
